Minot, North Dakota: has banned all "pitbull" dogs from the city.

A family was forced to move from the city when threatened with confiscation and euthanization of thier beloved pet dog.

If anyone has a copy of the ordinance and can send it to me I shall post it here. Being out in these VERY small communities makes it extremely difficult to fight these laws. Hopefully we can get a supreme court decision someday that will eliminate all this discrimination.
