Lincoln County, Kentucky
BIG HEADS UP...we have a County Attorney advocating breaking laws in the media!!!!
County Attorney John Hackley told the court he was already looking into the idea of a ban
He made no secret how he feels about the animals and adamantly supports a ban on owning them.
A quote from the Advocate-Messenger
"The dogs are inherently dangerous ... and I've said in the past that anyone who kills a pit bull in Lincoln County will not be prosecuted," said Hackley.
The magistrates asked Hackley to research the matter and check on the legality
and enforceability of such a ban.
(Maybe they should check into the legality of
advocating breaking the law by a County Attorney instead?)
