I am putting this back up in case there are folks who want to attend this meeting.
It seems they waffle back and forth on the BSL issue.
Sonya reported back after the last meeting it seems to be heading in a NON-BSL way,
but when I spoke to the Clerk, she wasnt sure
if they were going to address BSL or not at this meeting.
September 8th there is a Council Workshop which this will be discussed.
