North LIttle Rock, Arkansas'
MAYOR and city council quietly voted in breed specific legislation last month.

ALL licenses for all intact pit bulls , bull terriers etc or any mixes thereof and all rottweilers or any mixes of rotties will be required to pay $500.00 annual licensing fees.

HA!! Saginaw Michigan had a similar law on their books for 11 years that only required an additional $10.00 fee and they just rescinded it this year"because they could NOT ENFORCE IT....." can someone get me the minutes where this occurred and I will pass them on...
