ROTT N CHATTER, February 1993, Volume 1 Number 7 ANOTHER GREAT BOOK I have finished reviewing "GOOD OWNERS, GREAT DOGS" by Brian Kilcommons. In my opinion this is one of the best written books on training your own dog. It is supplemented on virtually every page with photos of dogs during each stage of training. It graphically depicts all of the do's and don'ts of dog training. There are simple training tips that are set apart in a separate column on almost every page for ready reference. Kilcommons uses loving and yet firm methods to teach all levels of obedience and correct behavioral problems. He is one of the few trainers available that studied under the respected late Barbara Woodhouse of television fame. Every dog owner's home should have a copy of this book in their library for quick and easy referral.
